This disclaimer ONLY applies to original artwork created and posted by members of the Dreamer Productions community. We hold and claim no authority on the usage of artwork initially created or shared outside of the Dreamer Productions website or server. "Artwork" in this context is defined as any original image, text, video, or audio. This includes but is not limited to: work-in-progress pictures or videos, screenshots, timelapses, and project files.
  1. DREAMER PRODUCTIONS will always obtain written permission before showcasing any artwork on our socials or shop.
        • We will only request permission for art postings via the discord messaging platform. 
        • We will NEVER request permission via Instagram, Threads, Twitter (X), BlueSky, or email.                       
        • Any accounts bearing our branding that attempt to request permission via these avenues are unrelated to Dreamer Productions. 
  1. Any original art posted to the website remains under the sole ownership of the original artist.
  1. It is firmly forbidden to share any website-posted original artwork without the express written permission of the original artist.
  1. If concerns are raised, we may request written proof of permission for shared art. We may also initiate correspondence with the original artist to confirm permission was granted.
  1. If proof of permission cannot be established, we may request removal of the shared art. Non-compliance may result in a permanent ban from the community.
